| 6 | | "Slick" Mullink and Billie Jean (Ray) Mullink on March 21, |
| 7 | | 1962; and

| 8 | | WHEREAS, Teresa Mullink was a bus driver and school monitor |
| 9 | | for Bunker Hill School District; she was also a cheerleading |
| 10 | | coach and a seamstress; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Teresa Mullink enjoyed crocheting and crafting; |
| 12 | | she was also a Harry Potter fan; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Teresa Mullink was preceded in death by her |
| 14 | | father; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Teresa Mullink is survived by her mother, Billie |
| 16 | | Jean Mullink; her daughters, Cristi Kueck and Valerie (Alex) |
| 17 | | Naylor; her grandchildren, Kameron Kueck, Courtney Kueck, |
| 18 | | Klayton Kueck, Gwyndylen Kueck, and Maxx Naylor; her sisters, |
