SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Patrick Phillip "Pat" Sheppard, who 
4passed away on July 13, 2019; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Pat Sheppard was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 
620, 1961; he married Tracy Schuler in Edwardsville on December 
723, 1994; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Pat Sheppard served as the Business Agent for 
9Labor Local 338 in Wood River; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Pat Sheppard enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, 
11and, most of all, being a husband, a father, and a friend; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Pat Sheppard was preceded in death by his father, 
13Joseph L. Sheppard, and his brother, Joseph Sheppard; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Pat Sheppard is survived by his mother, Joyce 
15(Rogers) Yoder; his wife, Tracy; his daughter, Shelby Ann 
16Sheppard; and his brothers, Kevin (Karen) Rogers, and Jerry 
17(Adrian) Cox; therefore, be it
  
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Patrick Phillip "Pat" Sheppard and extend our sincere 
2condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
3him; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

6deepest sympathy.
