| 9 | | WHEREAS, Ruth Buhai was a member of the League of Women |
| 10 | | Voters for 55 years and a pioneer for women's rights; she was |
| 11 | | devoted to her family and friends and touched many lives; and

| 12 | | WHEREAS, Ruth Buhai was the beloved wife of the late Mayor |
| 13 | | Robert Buhai; the loving mother of Betsy (Charles) Zeifman, |
| 14 | | Barbara Buhai (Stephen Katz), and Liz (George) Buhai-Jacobus; |
| 15 | | the cherished grandma of Becca (David) Jenkins, Coby (Seyoung) |
| 16 | | Zeifman, Amy (Vince) Portacci, Nathaniel Katz (Karen Feltman), |
| 17 | | Lily Katz, and Sarah and Samantha Buhai-Jacobus; the proud |
