| 3 | | WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
|
| 4 | | on Waivers of School Code Mandates, dated February 28, 2019,
|
| 5 | | with the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the
|
| 6 | | Secretary of State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g
|
| 7 | | of the School Code; therefore, be it
|
| 8 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL |
| 9 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES |
| 10 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the waiver request made by Dalzell |
| 11 | | Grade School District #98, identified in the report filed by |
| 12 | | the State Board of Education as request WM100-6567, is approved |
| 13 | | for previously approved non-resident students; for purposes of |
| 14 | | this resolution, "previously approved non-resident student" |
| 15 | | means: |
| 16 | | (a) A non-resident student that was enrolled under |
| 17 | | waiver request WM100-5714; and |
| 18 | | (b) A sibling, who lives in the same household, of a |
| 19 | | non-resident student that was enrolled under waiver |
| 20 | | request WM100-5714; and be it further

| 21 | | RESOLVED, That the approval of waiver request WM100-6567 in |
| 22 | | this resolution does not have application to non-resident |
| 23 | | students first enrolled in the district after the expiration of |
