AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2104




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2104 on page 3, 
3line 4, by inserting after the period the following:

 
4"However, this subsection is not intended to mandate the use of 
5original equipment manufacturer repair parts that may be 
6recommended in a repair specification or procedure by the 
7original equipment manufacturer for those parts, and this 
8subsection is not applicable to glass repair, replacement, or 
9associated advanced driver assistance system calibration."; 
10and
 
11on page 5, line 2, by changing "by" to "and procedures by"; and
 
12on page 5, line 5, by inserting after the period the following:
 
13"However, this subsection is not intended to mandate the use of

3on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 5 the following:
 
4    "(i) Subsections (g) and (h) of this Section do not apply

6assistance system calibration.".
