| 5 | | on page 5, immediately below line 18, by inserting the |

| 7 | | "(4) Facilities licensed as intermediate care |
| 8 | | facilities for persons with developmental disabilities, as |
| 9 | | defined in Section 1-113 of the ID/DD Community Care Act. |
| 10 | | (5) Facilities licensed as medically complex for the |
| 11 | | developmentally disabled facilities, as defined in Section |
| 12 | | 1-113 of the MC/DD Act.".
