| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 147 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

| 4 | | "minor under the age of 16 years. The person authorized to |
| 5 | | issue employment certificates shall issue a temporary |
| 6 | | employment"; and

| 7 | | on page 2, line 7, by changing "services." to "services. No |
| 8 | | more than one temporary employment certificate may be issued |
| 9 | | for each child performer. The Department of Labor shall |
| 10 | | prescribe the form in which temporary employment certificates |
| 11 | | shall be issued and shall make the forms available on its |
| 12 | | website."; and

| 13 | | on page 2, lines 10 and 11, by deleting ", or greater amount as |
| 14 | | determined by rule,"; and
