| 1 | | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 147

| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 147 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

| 4 | | "minor under the age of 16 years, except that no trust account |
| 5 | | need be established when the duration of the child performer's |
| 6 | | employment with the employer ends fewer than 15 days after the |
| 7 | | employment begins. The person authorized to issue employment |
| 8 | | certificates shall issue a temporary employment"; and
|
| 9 | | on page 2, line 7, by changing "services." to "services. No |
| 10 | | more than one temporary employment certificate may be issued |
| 11 | | for each child performer employed by the employer. The |
| 12 | | Department of Labor shall prescribe the form in which temporary |
| 13 | | employment certificates shall be issued and shall make the |
| 14 | | forms available on its website."; and

| 15 | | on page 2, lines 10 and 11, by deleting ", or greater amount as |
| 16 | | determined by rule,"; and
