| 3 | on page 12, line 25, after "program", by inserting ", including | ||||||
| 4 | rules regarding the images that may appear on digital | ||||||
| 5 | registration plates"; and | ||||||
| 6 | on page 12, immediately below line 25, by inserting the | ||||||
| 7 | following: | ||||||
| 8 | "(f) No image shall appear on a digital registration plate | ||||||
| 9 | without prior approval of the Secretary of State.".
