| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Brenda |
| 4 | | Gayle Thomas of Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on November |
| 5 | | 19, 2019; and

| 6 | | WHEREAS, Brenda Thomas was born in 1952; she was the |
| 7 | | grandmother to Chama St. Louis and the great-grandmother to |
| 8 | | Ryann, Eilliana, and Pharaoh; therefore, be it
|
| 9 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 10 | | HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that |
| 11 | | we mourn the passing of Brenda Gayle Thomas and extend our |
| 12 | | sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew |
| 13 | | and loved her; and be it further
