HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Richard 
4"Rick" Drazner of Buffalo Grove; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Rick Drazner was an attorney and public adjuster 
6and was known for his commitment to
his community; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Rick Drazner was a Buffalo Grove Park District 
8Commissioner for over 20 years; he served as the board's 
9president and was most recently slated to become vice 
10president; during his tenure, the park district completed 
11projects such as the Buffalo Grove Fitness
Center, the Golf 
12Dome, the Community Arts Center, the redevelopment of Willow 
13Stream Park, and the Buddy
Baseball Field; and
  
 
  
14    WHEREAS, Rick Drazner was a member of the local Rotary 
15Club,
the chamber of commerce, and Congregation Beth Judea; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Rick Drazner is survived by his wife, Melissa 
17Rosenberg Drazner; his  children, Abigail and Jeremy Drazner; 
18and his mother, Yvette Drazner; therefore, be it
  
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
20HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that

1we mourn the passing of Richard "Rick" Drazner and extend our 
2sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew 
3and loved him; and be it further
  
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to  the family of  Rick Drazner as an expression of our 
6deepest sympathy.
