| 1 | HOUSE RESOLUTION

| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Zachary Aaron
Inyart of | ||||||
| 4 | the Village of Claremont in Richland County on the publication | ||||||
| 5 | of his first book, A Little Nosey; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Zack Inyart is the only child of Jeffrey and | ||||||
| 7 | Patricia Inyart, also of Claremont; he graduated
from East | ||||||
| 8 | Richland High School in 2012; and | ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, As an autistic person, Zack Inyart has faced many | ||||||
| 10 | challenges along the
way of fulfilling one of his dreams of | ||||||
| 11 | publishing a book; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Zack Inyart was sometimes picked on at school and | ||||||
| 13 | ostracized by his peers due to his inability to
read social | ||||||
| 14 | cues and respond accordingly; this challenge was also | ||||||
| 15 | compounded by Tourette's
Syndrome, another disability with | ||||||
| 16 | which he continually struggles; however, neither of these | ||||||
| 17 | disabilities
has kept him from pursuing the things he loves to | ||||||
| 18 | do, including publishing his first book and learning
most | ||||||
| 19 | anything related to animals; and
| ||||||
| 20 | WHEREAS, Zack Inyart also has an affinity for writing, | ||||||
| 21 | drawing, compiling video clips, and
imagining new toy ideas; in | ||||||
| |||||||
| |||||||
| 1 | addition, he has his own YouTube channel, Uranimatedl8; and | ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, Zack Inyart has made a great impact on many people | ||||||
| 3 | who have seen him as an individual with
talent and someone of | ||||||
| 4 | worth; these people have embraced his kind, gentle spirit and | ||||||
| 5 | seen past the
outward characteristics of the tics of Tourette's | ||||||
| 6 | Syndrome or his inability to look them in the eyes when
| ||||||
| 7 | attempting conversations that are many times one-sided; these | ||||||
| 8 | are his fellow volunteers at Master's
Hands, a community | ||||||
| 9 | charity where he volunteers when not working his part-time job | ||||||
| 10 | at the local Burger
King; these people are also his former | ||||||
| 11 | teachers and Burger King regulars who came to his
local book | ||||||
| 12 | signing to congratulate him and buy an autographed copy of his | ||||||
| 13 | book; and | ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, A Little Nosey was written in 2017 and published | ||||||
| 15 | by Page Publishing in 2019; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Little Nosey is an Indian elephant calf whose | ||||||
| 17 | intense curiosity brings him adventures he
never imagined; | ||||||
| 18 | Little Nosey was inspired by Zack Inyart's love of animals and | ||||||
| 19 | his intense curiosity about all animals,
particularly | ||||||
| 20 | elephants; and
| ||||||
| 21 | WHEREAS, Zack Inyart has always liked adventure stories and | ||||||
| 22 | has dreamed of one day going on his
own adventure in places | ||||||

| |||||||
| 1 | like Africa or India because he knows there are so many | ||||||
| 2 | wonderful animals
there to learn about; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
| 4 | HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 5 | we congratulate Zachary Aaron Inyart on the publication of his | ||||||
| 6 | first book, A Little Nosey, wish him further success, and | ||||||
| 7 | commend his perseverance in the face of
obstacles; and be it | ||||||
| 8 | further
| ||||||
| 9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 10 | presented to Zachary Inyart as a symbol of
our respect and | ||||||
| 11 | esteem.
