<SynopsisText>     Proposes to amend the Executive Article of the Illinois Constitution. Provides that beginning with the general election in 2022 and every six years thereafter, the Governor and Lieutenant Governor shall hold office for 6 years (rather than four years). Provides that no person shall be elected to more than one term as Governor. Effective upon being declared adopted.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
