<reference>30 ILCS 500/1-10</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 500/1-12</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>30 ILCS 500/1-13</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that for contracts with an annual value of more than $100,000 (currently, all contracts) entered into under an exemption, each State agency shall post to the appropriate procurement bulletin the name of the contractor, a description of the supply or service provided, the total amount of the contract, the term of the contract, and the exception to the Code utilized. Provides that notice of each contract with an annual value of more than $100,000 (currently, all contracts) entered into by a State agency that is related to the procurement of artistic or musical goods and services shall be published in the Illinois Procurement Bulletin within 14 calendar days after contract execution. Provides that notice of each contract with an annual value of more than $100,000 (currently, all contracts) entered into by a public institution of higher education that is related to the procurement of specified goods and services shall be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 14 calendar days after contract execution.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
