Provides that, in addition to all other authority to issue bonds, Komarek School District 94 may issue bonds with an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20,800,000 if certain conditions are met. Provides that the debt incurred on any bonds issued and on any bonds issued to refund or continue to refund those bonds may not be considered indebtedness for purposes of any statutory debt limitation and must mature within 30 years from their date of issuance.
