<reference>35 ILCS 200/21-15</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>35 ILCS 200/21-40</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, if a disaster is declared by proclamation of the Governor for all counties in the State due to a public health emergency, then the due date for the first installment of property taxes due in that calendar year shall be delayed by 90 days, and no penalties or interest shall accrue during that extension. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
