<reference>775 ILCS 5/2-102</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 68, par. 2-102</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Employment Article of the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that an employer shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure the notice summarizing the requirements of the Article and information pertaining to the filing of a charge is made available to an employee in the employee's primary language, if English is not his or her primary language. Provides that the Department of Human Rights may make the notice available in other languages, at the request of an employer, for a reasonable fee.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
