<reference>225 ILCS 410/1-11</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 111, par. 1701-11</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding, and Nail Technology Act of 1985. Provides that nothing in the Act shall be deemed to require licensure of individuals practicing barbering, cosmetology, esthetics, hair braiding, or nail technology if they post a notice at the location at which services are provided that informs customers that the person is not licensed under the Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
