Provides that "protective hairstyle" means a hairstyle historically associated with race, including, but not limited to, hair texture and such hairstyles as braids, locks, and twists. Provides that "unlawful discrimination" includes discrimination against a person because of his or her actual or perceived protective hairstyle.
