Provides that, if a person who qualifies for a senior citizens assessment freeze homestead exemption relocates from one residence in this State to another residence in this State, and the person continues to qualify for the exemption, then the exemption amount for the new residence may not be less than the exemption amount for the previous residence for the last full assessment year in which the qualifying individual occupied the previous residence.
