Removes provisions regarding rules or regulations promulgated by the Illinois Emergency Management Agency for registration of persons seeking accreditation to perform a limited scope of diagnostic radiography procedures. Removes language providing that, upon expiration of a 16 month training period, a student shall be prohibited from performing diagnostic radiography procedures unless accredited by the Agency to perform such procedures.
