<reference>775 ILCS 5/2-103.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Human Rights Act. Provides that it is a civil rights violation for an employer to ask an applicant for employment to supply his or her date of graduation from college or any other age identifier in an application or an initial interview. Provides that the new provisions do not prohibit an employer from requesting this information at a later stage of the hiring process. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
