Provides that non-emergency medical transportation services provided under the Code may be provided to a recipient of medical assistance by a transportation network company as defined in the Transportation Network Providers Act. Provides that transportation network companies that provide non-emergency medical transportation shall be subject to the provisions of the Transportation Network Providers Act. Provides that nothing in the amendatory Act may be construed to expand or limit the existing non-emergency medical transportation benefit provided to medical assistance recipients under the Code.
