<reference>20 ILCS 2605/2605-615 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>50 ILCS 705/10.25 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Department of State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that Illinois State Police officers, including the Director of the Illinois State Police, deputy Directors, and Illinois State Police officers on administrative duties, shall receive at least 2 hours every month in de-escalation skills training. Amends the Illinois Police Training Act. Provides that law enforcement officers, including chiefs of police and law enforcement officers on administrative duties, shall receive at least 2 hours every month in de-escalation skills training. Repeals provisions 10 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
