Provides that any member of the General Assembly holding office on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act shall not, within a period of 2 years immediately following the conclusion of his or her term of office or resignation from office, knowingly accept employment or receive compensation or fees for services that would require him or her to register as a lobbyist under the Lobbyist Registration Act.
