Provides further requirements concerning the disclosure, conflicts of interest, and political contributions. Amends the Public Corruption Profit Forfeiture Act. Provides for the forfeiture of political contributions for a violation of specified provisions of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act. Amends the Illinois Governmental Ethics Act.
