<reference>735 ILCS 5/9-106.2</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>735 ILCS 5/9-106.3</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Eviction Article of the Code of Civil Procedure. Changes "action" to "eviction action" in provisions regarding certain affirmative defenses. Provides that a landlord's right to terminate a tenancy pursuant to State or local law (rather than existing State or local law) is not enlarged or diminished. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
