In a Section concerning a college savings pool, provides that the term "qualified expenses" includes any qualified higher education expense allowed under specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. In a Section concerning the ABLE account program, provides the funds contained in a College Savings Pool account established under the Act may be rolled over into an eligible ABLE account to the extent permitted by specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
