Provides that the Department of Agriculture shall create a pollinator protection plan to protect the health and mitigate risk to honeybees and other managed pollinators in the State. Provides that the Department shall identify the top potential risks to pollinators in the State and provide approaches, tools, and resources to reduce these risks during a reasonable time frame.
