<reference>New Act</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><reference>20 ILCS 1305/10-34.5 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Creates the Human Trafficking Prevention Training Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall create a human trafficking prevention training program aimed at the prevention of human trafficking in hotels and motels. Provides that the Department shall use resources published by the United States Department of Homeland Security and the American Hotel and Lodging Association to developing the training program. Provides that an employee of a hotel or motel located in this State shall annually participate in the human trafficking prevention training program. Makes corresponding changes in the Department of Human Services Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
