Requires lottery tickets and instant scratch-off tickets to provide whether the proceeds from the purchase go toward the Common School Fund or a special cause. Requires the Department of the Lottery to adopt rules to implement the requirements, including providing the size of the description to be printed or published. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
