<reference>725 ILCS 5/110-14</reference><aliasreference>from Ch. 38, par. 110-14</aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that any person incarcerated on a bailable offense who does not supply bail and against whom a fine is levied on conviction of the offense shall be allowed a credit of $30 (rather than $5) for each day incarcerated.</SynopsisText><synopsistitle>Fiscal Note (Admin Office of the Illinois Courts)</synopsistitle>
<SynopsisText>Based on a review of the bill it has been determined that the proposed legislation would have no fiscal impact on the state appropriation to the judicial branch.
