Provides that the court may, as a condition of probation or conditional discharge, require the person, if convicted of an offense that is not a crime of violence or if convicted of a probationable violation of the Cannabis Control Act, the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, or the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, attend an employment workshop or job training program, if the workshop or program is available in the jurisdiction during the period of the person's probation or conditional discharge.
