<synopsistitle></synopsistitle>
<reference>725 ILCS 5/110-19 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a county with a population of less than 3,000,000 does not have to comply with the changes made by Public Act 100-1 (the Bail Reform Act of 2017) if the county board adopts a resolution for that purpose on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
