TRANSFER CMS EMPLOYEES TO DHS SponsorsGovernor 12/21/2020SenateFiled with the Secretary of State Contains a preamble concerning the transfer of trades employees working at Department of Human Services' facilities to the jurisdiction of the Department of Central Management Services under Executive Orders 2003-10 and 2010-10. Provides that those former Department of Human Services trades employees who had been transferred to the Department of Central Management Services are hereby returned from the Department of Central Management Services to the Department of Human Services.
