AMEND EXECUTIVE ORDER 2019-10 SponsorsGovernor 7/9/2020SenateFiled with the Secretary of State Contains a preamble concerning: Executive Order 2019-10, which established the Census Office within the Department of Human Services and the Census Advisory Panel; Executive Order 2020-1, which amended Executive Order 2019-10; the suspension by the U.S. Census Bureau of field operations to protect the health and safety of Census Bureau employees and the public; the extension by the U.S. Census Bureau of the deadline for field data collection and self-response for the 2020 Census from July 31, 2020 to October 31, 2020; and other matters. Further amends Executive Order 2019-10 to provide that the Census Advisory Panel shall: continue to serve as an advisory board to the Census Office; meet, as it sees necessary, through December 2020; and sunset and dissolve effective December 31, 2020.
