SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Jamie Lynn O'Meara of Waukegan, who 
4passed away on May 19, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Jamie O'Meara was born in Grand Haven, Michigan to 
6Donald Joseph Sr. and Dolores O'Meara on June 2, 1960; she 
7attended Our Lady of Humility School and Carmel High School and 
8graduated from St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin in 
91982;  and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Jamie O'Meara worked as an accountant; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Jamie O'Meara was an active member of St. 
12Anastasia Parish in Waukegan; and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Jamie O'Meara was preceded in death by her parents 
14and her sister, Kathleen O'Meara Magnuson; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Jamie O'Meara is survived by her sister, Joyce 
16Susan O'Meara; her brother, Donald Joseph O'Meara Jr.; her 
17nephews, Michael (Meredith) Eckhardt and  Donald Joseph 
18(Brittany) O'Meara III; her niece, Anneliese (Scott) Omeck 
19Fridlund; her grandnephews, Ethan and Matthew Eckhardt and Liam 
20Spenser; her brother-in-law, Jerry Magnuson; and many aunts,

1cousins, and dear friends; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Jamie Lynn O'Meara, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to  the family of  Jamie O'Meara as an expression of 
9our deepest sympathy.
