SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Dale L. (Levinson) Pollack of Northbrook, 
4formerly of Skokie; and
  
 

  
5    WHEREAS, Dale Pollack was president of Levinson Tax 
6Service, Inc.; and
  
 
  
7    WHEREAS, Dale Pollack was the  beloved wife and best friend 
8for 45 years of Martin "Marty" Pollack; the loving mother of 
9Micah and Merrick (Kelly Dee) Pollack; the adored "Mama" of 
10Colton and Abigail; the devoted daughter of the late Bernard 
11Levinson and the late Adeline Levinson Horwitz; the 
12stepdaughter and friend of the late Dr. Bernard Horwitz; the 
13cherished sister of Irving (Janis) Levinson and Larry (Debby) 
14Levinson; the dear sister-in-law of Lawrence (Nancy), Fred, 
15Bill (Sheila) Pollack, and the late Joyce (Marc) Schmitz; the 
16treasured aunt of Joshua (Misha) Levinson, Marisa (Noah) 
17Ornstein, Becky and Zachary (Melinda) Levinson, and Kevin 
18(Cheryl) and Jason Pollack; and special great-aunt and friend 
19to many; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
21ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
22Dale L. Pollack, and extend our sincere condolences to her

1family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it

3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
