| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Emmons K. Randolph Jr. of Waukegan, who |
| 4 | | passed away on May 19, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. was born in Waukegan on |
| 6 | | November 5, 1941; he attended North Chicago Community High |
| 7 | | School and served in the United States Army; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. worked at Johns-Manville |
| 9 | | Products Corp. for 38 years and was a member of the Quarter |
| 10 | | Century Club; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Emmons Randolph Jr. is survived by his wife, |
| 12 | | Denise; his sons, Charles and Robert; his daughter, Tracey; his |
| 13 | | sister, Viola (Ernest) O'Bryant; and his many nieces and |
| 14 | | nephews; therefore, be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Emmons K. Randolph Jr. and extend our sincere condolences to |
| 18 | | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
