| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Sandra "Sandy" Kay Rogers Hartman of |
| 4 | | Springfield, who passed away on October 14, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Sandy Hartman was born in Springfield to Woodrow |
| 6 | | and Dorothy (Davis) Rogers on December 31, 1946; a proud |
| 7 | | northender, she attended Ridgley, Edison, and Lanphier |
| 8 | | schools; she graduated from Greenville College in 1968; she |
| 9 | | married Paul Hartman in 1969; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Sandy Hartman is survived by her husband, Paul; |
| 11 | | her children, Paul Jr. (Tressa), Heather (Tony) Daniel, |
| 12 | | Stephen, and Kimberly (Jay) Larson; her five grandsons; her |
| 13 | | brother, David (Chris) Rogers; and her many aunts, uncles, |
| 14 | | cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Sandra "Sandy" Kay Rogers Hartman and extend our sincere |
| 18 | | condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved |
| 19 | | her; and be it further

| 20 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
