| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3529 on page 2, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 16 through 23 with the following:

| 4 | | "The Department may offer Lotto, Lucky Day Lotto, Mega |
| 5 | | Millions, Powerball, Pick 3, Pick 4, and other draw games that |
| 6 | | are offered at retail locations, as well as interactive instant |
| 7 | | win games, through the Internet program. The interactive |
| 8 | | instant win games shall have specified quantities of plays and |
| 9 | | pools, prize structures, and odds and shall be similar in |
| 10 | | design to those used in printed instant scratch-off lottery |
| 11 | | games. The private manager shall obtain the Director's approval |
| 12 | | before providing any draw games or interactive instant win |
| 13 | | games. Any games that are approved for sale by Lottery retail |
| 14 | | licensees are automatically approved for sale on the Internet. |
| 15 | | The Department shall maintain responsible gaming controls in |
| 16 | | its policies.".
