AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1737 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1737, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
41, on page 35, by replacing lines 22 through 25 with the 
5following:
6    "A. (Blank). Any captive insurance"; and


 
7on page 37, line 12, after "1974", by inserting "or, to the 
8extent the parent company is a college or university, an 
9accident or health plan offered to enrolled students of the 
10college or university"; and
 
11on page 37, by replacing line 16 with the following:
12        "(7)    homeowner's insurance coverage;"; and
 
13on page 37, line 18, after "insurance", by inserting ", except 
14to the extent allowed in subsection A-10"; and
