HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives wish to congratulate Anthony Mazzarisi on 
4achieving the rank of Eagle Scout; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi first joined the Boy Scouts of 
6America in 2012 and became a member of Troop 198; in 2016, he 
7joined Troop 392; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi's Eagle Scout project was a 7' x 
95' planter for the Church of the Cross, where Troop 198 hosted 
10its meetings; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi continues to maintain a 
12relationship with scouting by participating in Venture Crew 392 
13and being a staff member for  Boy Scout summer camp Napowan; and
  
 
  
14    WHEREAS, Anthony Mazzarisi graduated from James B. Conant 
15High School in May of 2018, where he focused his classes on 
16engineering and electronics and was involved with the National 
17Hispanic Institute; he currently attends Harper College and 
18plans on transferring to Northern Illinois University and 
19pursuing a career in electrical engineering; therefore, be it
  
 
20    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE

1HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
2congratulate Anthony Mazzarisi on achieving the rank of Eagle 
3Scout, and we wish him the best in all his future endeavors; 
4and be it further
  
 
5    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6presented to Anthony Mazzarisi as a symbol of our respect and 
7esteem.
