| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives wish to congratulate Jon and Jen Trotter of |
| 4 | | Chicago on becoming the proud parents of a beautiful baby |
| 5 | | daughter, Lilliana Grace Trotter, on January 1, 2018 at |
| 6 | | 10:06p.m.; and

| 7 | | WHEREAS, Baby Lilliana weighed eight pounds and 15 ounces |
| 8 | | and was 21 inches long at birth; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, It is our hope that they will experience only joy |
| 10 | | and pleasure as they watch their
child grow into womanhood; |
| 11 | | therefore, be it

| 12 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 13 | | HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
