HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of  Zamari 
4DeMarcus Drew, who passed away on June 1, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Zamari Drew was born in Springfield to Dawon David 
6Drew Sr. and Antonia Maria Andrews on September 20, 2014; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Zamari Drew saw the world as his playground; he 
8always had a smile from ear to ear and loved to run around; and
  
 
  
9    WHEREAS, Zamari Drew was preceded in death by Bobby Feggett 
10Jr. and Amarius Andrew; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Zamari Drew is survived by his parents, Antonia 
12Andrews and Dawon Drew Sr.; his grandmother, Connie Drew; his 
13siblings, Patience Garrison, Sean Nation, Dawon Drew Jr., 
14Amaria Andrews, Zendaya Andrews, and Zamaria Drew; numerous 
15uncles and aunts; and a host of loving friends and other 
16family; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE 
18HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
19mourn the passing of Zamari DeMarcus Drew, and extend our 
20sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew

2    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
3presented to  the family of  Zamari Drew as an expression of our
