| 5 | | annually transfer up to 930,000 gallons of beer manufactured by |
| 6 | | that class 1 brewer to the premises of a licensed class 1 |
| 7 | | brewer wholly owned and operated by the same licensee."; and

| 8 | | on page 22, line 25, after "licensee", by inserting "or up to |
| 9 | | 31,000 gallons of beer manufactured by that class 2 brewer |
| 10 | | licensee to the premises of a licensed brew pub within an |
| 11 | | 80-mile radius that is wholly owned and operated by the same |
| 12 | | licensee".
