| 8 | | Sec. 63. Audits by the Auditor General. The Auditor General |
| 9 | | shall annually cause an audit to be made of the Program, |
| 10 | | beginning June 30, 2008 and each June 30th thereafter until |
| 11 | | June 30, 2016; thereafter, the Auditor General shall cause an |
| 12 | | audit to be made of the Program, beginning June 30, 2019, and |
| 13 | | June 30th of every third year thereafter. The audit shall |
| 14 | | include payments for health services covered by the Program and |
| 15 | | contracts entered into by the Department in relation to the |
| 16 | | Program.
