| 5 | | on page 47, line 1, after "Code." by inserting the following:

| 6 | | "The maximum allowable amount of debt exempt from statutory |
| 7 | | debt limitations under this subsection (p-140) shall be reduced |
| 8 | | by an amount equal to any grants awarded by the State Board of |
| 9 | | Education or Capital Development Board for the explicit purpose |
| 10 | | of repairing or reconstructing a school building damaged by |
| 11 | | mine subsidence."; and

| 12 | | on page 94, line 17, after "Code.", by inserting the following:
