Provides that, upon knowledge of an incident of sexual assault committed on school grounds or at a school-sponsored activity or event by a student against a teacher, a teacher against a student, or a student against another student, a school district shall report the incident to the State Board of Education; defines "sexual assault". Provides that the State Board shall post on its Internet website for each school year the total number of reported incidents statewide and in each school district.
