<reference>30 ILCS 500/20-7 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that neither the State of Illinois nor an agency thereof shall enter into a contract, nor shall a contract be awarded, if there is not, prior to entering into such contract, an appropriation enacted for the funding of that contract. Provides that the State contract funding requirement applies to State contracts which may be entered into on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
